Vishal is the co-founder of IN-SOL and is presently adviser for strategic group of the firm, He is an independent HR Consultant and a passionate writer. Formerly he was CMD (VUCC HR Consulting) a well-known HR consulting firm associated with almost all the top telecom and semiconductor companies. Alongwith being part of IN-SOL, he is also the Chairman of Kalantar Art Foundation where he has been instrumental in promoting art to the underprivileged section of the society.
Puja is the co-founder and heads the creative team of IN-SOL. Having graduated from Delhi College of Art, she has showcased her artworks through various exhibitions in India and abroad. She started her professional career with world's leading Glass Tiles company and later in 2006 started IN-SOL. In past 22 years she has been consulting & executing artworks for many renowned government buildings. Puja is also an avid social worker and loves to give free art education to the underprivileged children across the country. Till date almost 100 children have been trained by Puja free of cost wherein man of them have become professional artists as on date.
